We are one of the first home builders to integrate the Memphis Light, Gas and Water EcoBUILD standards into our home building program. We also built the very first all electric home that met the stringent EcoBUILD requirements. EcoBUILD is a program that is designed to lower utility costs by a minimum of 30%.

All homes built by Populace Homes will feature the following:

Raised wood floor foundations for classic curb appeal, a softer walking surface and easier maintenance.
Nail down hardwood flooring.
Cellulose insulation.

A horse drawn carriage can pick you up at the front door, or you can ride the trolley to downtown restaurants, events and attractions. Just across the Auction Street bridge is Harbor Town, which has amentities such as a full service grocery store, medical clinic, fitness center, and school and daycare facilities, to name a few.
